I'm giving these Chicken Skewers a 5 out of 5. They were delicious, very tender and cooked up beautifully. These would be fabulous served with a sauce, but we enjoyed them on their own and served them simply with some flavored rice and a vegetable. Definitely a keeper!

Potato Chip Chicken recipe review and new recipes added

There are many ways that you can make this Potato Chip Chicken recipe a bit healthier. Instead of using melted butter, you could brush the chicken with olive or canola oil. Certainly instead of potato chips, you could use baked chips or even pretzels. All in all though, this recipe is very tasty, has a great texture, and cooks up perfectly. I give this a 5 out of 5.
