Today's recipe is...
Cherry Salsa
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped green chiles
1/3 cup dried cherries, chopped
1/3 cup red cherry jam
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Combine onion, green pepper, green chilies, dried cherries, jam, vinegar and cilantro; mix well. Cover and chill several hours overnight.

It's been a crazy month...
Hi Amanda, I always get confused when using fruits like this between what is defined as a chutney and a salsa. Do you know the difference? It sounds really good. I can think of lots of ways to use it and I would probaby use a Seranno or Jalapeno to give it a little kick. That's just me.
