Blackberry Bundt Cake
1 box white cake mix
3/4 c. Crisco or Puritan oil
4 eggs
1 pkg. blackberry (or wild strawberry) Jello
1 pt. frozen blackberries or strawberries, sweetened to make 1 c. juice
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees until done.
GLAZE:
Mix 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar with 1-1 1/2 cups of berries.
Drizzle over cake when cool.
