German Pancakes
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. butter
High speed whip eggs for 1 minute. Add milk gradually. Add flour gradually. Add sugar and vanilla. In a cast iron pan, bake at 425 degrees with butter bubbling. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
