Ahh Bacon! Most of us can't help our mouths watering when we smell the distinctive odor of bacon frying (or baking in my case...it's less messy)! Some of us observe Lent before Easter...which typically means - no bacon. :-(
Since Easter is only a week or so away, I thought you might enjoy some bacon recipes to incorporate into your holiday, whether you observe the traditional Easter power-dinner with all the relatives over or a simple brunch with just a few peeps!
