Resolutions and Chicken Recipes!

Silly Question: What are your new year resolutions? If you are like most of us your resolutions may sound something like "lose weight, get healthy and pay down/off debt." Hey, me too! One great way to take a bite out of all three of those resolutions is (drum roll please): Chicken.

Yes, chicken. Eating more chicken and/or fish, and reducing red meat in your diet, will help you get healthier and contribute to healthy weight loss. (No, I don't have the scientific facts and resources at my fingertips. Plus it would make this post too long.) Diversity in your meals is common sense to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and body.

Also, eating more chicken dishes can help save a little in the grocery bill, thus helping with monthly costs. So, if you are ready to eat more chicken and try a few adventurous recipes, I have just the place to start! Here's a few to get you going.
