Sweet Potato Custard Pie

Today's recipe is...

Sweet Potato Custard Pie

4 med. sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
6 lg. marshmallows, quartered
1 c. grated coconut

Bake or boil sweet potatoes; when well done mix with sugar and butter; add marshmallows and grated coconut. Pour into pie shell and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
